To Tatou Ratonga
Our health and social services that we provide include:
Mirimiri
Encompasses traditional Māori massage techniques incorporating wairua. The focus is on tissue, muscle, bone and blood as well as spiritual wellbeing.
Mau Rakau Wananga
Based on traditional Māori martial arts and our wananga cater for rangatahi. These workshops foster development of matauranga Māori, tikanga, and tino Rangatiratanga.
Whanau Ora Services
Our team of Navigators help connect whaiora with the services that they require to be well and have tino Rangatiratanga. They provide support, guidance and connection to the community and Te Ao Māori.
Kaiāwhina Services
Our Kaiāwhina will help connect whaiora with help services and practitioners, assisting whaiora to breakdown the barrier between themselves and primary health care. This is to ensure health equities and culturally appropriate support.
Kaumatūa Roopu
Weekly sessions where kaumatua gather, play ukelele, sing and share a kai.
Other Service we provide include:

- Bowel Screening promotion and education
- Referral and connection to other services.

Ka awhina ta maatau Waea Awhina ki te hono i nga kaiwhakarato tiaki hauora me nga ratonga ohorere me nga kaimahi, ka awhina i nga kaimahi tiaki hauora ki te wawahi i nga arai i waenga ia ratou me te tiaki hauora tuatahi. Ko tenei hei whakarite i te hauora me te tautoko e tika ana ki nga ahuatanga.
Kaumatūa Roopu
